Honor Code and Academic Standards
The law school faculty and student body have established an Honor Code which sets out both the expected rules of conduct of our student body and also the procedure to be followed if it is believed that one of those rules has been violated. The Honor Code was a joint effort by students and faculty and is administered by a committee composed of equal numbers of students and faculty. All of our students are expected to become familiar with the Honor Code and, of course, to abide by both its rules and its procedures.
The Academic Standards set out both the academic standards and rules of the law school and explain in detail the procedures by which those standards and rules are enforced.
