The Law and Business Center is a source of information and reference for entrepreneurs and the general public seeking information regarding legal and business start up information. The delivery of this information comes through two distinct models, that of consultation and education.

The Center operates using a consulting model, The Small Business Clinic, which takes applications year-round, and operates during the Fall and Spring semesters. Throughout the year, the Law and Business Center hosts several Speaker Series events, Information Sessions, Seminars, and an Annual Conference. These events provide a plethora of opportunities for networking and informational exchanges among budding entrepreneurs, established business owners, and small business resource providers.
