Access
The Law Library's primary purpose is to support and enhance the research and educational endeavors of the Law School's students and faculty. As the only academic law library in Western Massachusetts, we welcome the community at large when legal resources are needed. Our first priority, however, is to our primary patrons, and our policies are designed with this priority in mind.
Law Library Hours
Changes in this schedule and more detailed schedules will be provided when necessary, or you may telephone the Law Library's Circulation Desk at 413-782-1457.

Non-members can access materials in the Reserve Collection with a valid form of identification.
How Qualified Patrons Register
Current Western New England College School of Law faculty, staff and students are automatically registered each academic year. Members of the Law School's Law Review and Moot Court Teams are pre-registered at the beginning of each semester.
Other qualified borrowers need to complete a Law Library Registration Form at the Circulation Desk. A valid I.D. or a business card for members of the bench and bar is required at the time of registration.
Responsibility of Borrowers
All patrons are responsible for the library material they use and are subject to overdue fines and replacement costs for damaged and lost items.
